In my career, I have worked with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Ottawa Public Health, Queensland Health, the University of Queensland, and the World Health Organization. I have developed emergency plans; developed strategy and policy around emergent infectious diseases; liaised with local, provincial, national, federal, and international bodies; and successfully developed and implemented several large-scale policy initiatives. I am passionate about public health and the impacts of global health concerns on Canadian health policy and programs.
